Why medium roast
A medium roast sits between light and dark: it keeps more of the bean's own character than a dark roast while giving a rounder, more balanced cup than a light roast. It works well for drip, pour-over, French press and most everyday brewing.

Ground is ready to brew straight from the bag. Whole bean stays fresh longer and lets you grind right before brewing to match your method.
